is it possible to boost past 7psi without the pills.
i heard that if you pull the pills u wont boost past 7psi...or does that just go for stock cars? with mods is it possible to pull more than 7psi with pills removed?

Yes, you can boost past 7lbs. BUT the boost will not hold steady, if it goes past 7 than it is becuase of creep and spike. and so therefore it will never hold. with a DP MP and CB, the flow is too much for soo little boost and so it will have trouble and the boost will be bouncing around.
