Is this possible?

I just watch Hot Version vol.59 and there is an RX-7 there has 500HP with ported engine and stock twins. I don't know what kind of port since they didn't get into detail but I am thinking is that possible to have 500 hp (I don't know if its on the wheel or on the engine, but lets say on the engine.) with only ported engine and stock twins?
Of course its a 99 model.

Nope, can't get 500 rwhp on stock twins and streetporting. Guys have enough work cut out to get 500 rwhp using large turbochargers like the T-78 or Gt35/40. I've yet to hear of someone using stock turbos on a bridgeported rotary (and there is a good reason for it).

maybe it's a 3 rotor? i thought 360rwhp is the limit for ported motor/stock twins.

Yeah sounds like a 3-rotor.
20B + streetport + stock twins @ 15psi = 525-550 rwhp

why would you use stock twins on a 3-rotor?

The 20B came with twin turbos, just like the 13B-REW.

Well, if the 500 hp was FLYWHEEL hp, I can see it being possible -- for ONE dyno run. With a large streetport, the boost cranked up to 18-19 psi, race fuel, A/F ratio above 12:1, etc. Making the car last more than one dyno run with 500 flywheel hp = impossible.
