How to wire my lights to come on differently..
the 1st position of the lights on my touring are (as with all FD3s)- just the front side markers and and inner blinker lights...
BUT, I want to rig up my Fogs, side and even the Blinkers (but not in blinker mode) to come on at the 1st lighting position. *can I just splice the wires to rig up to the front side marker lights... to make them come on like them? or will that mess up something?
I dont mind keeping my stock 2nd positions setup. (headlights up..)
- you follow me?

Just splice a wire from one of your marker lights to the fog light relay. Now the fog lights will come on anytime you turn on the parking lights (1st postition as you call it) and the fogs will still function normally as well.

Ok, skool me here, the relay is not on the light housing itself but under the hood??
and do you think splicing 3 lights to come on with the (1st position) will blow fuses or do any harm?
thanks for the info.

I don't intend to sound rude, but if you are unsure about what I said above I recommend not doing anything without someone who understands wiring schematics.
The switch inside the car does not actually turn any of the lights on, it merely energizes different relays which supply power to the lights. By jumpering the positive side of one of the parking lights to the fog light relay coil your fog lights will act as you wish. The relay coil draws a miniscule amount of power and no fuses will trip because in fact all of the lights are still receiving power from their indepenent sources.
