Can the 93 Exhaust Manifold be ported out? Some exhaust manifolds cant be done because theres really nothing to port but can it be done or has anyone done a port job on a Twin Manifold? I have been waiting for BNR to come online but havent seen him in a few days to ask him. Does he port out the manifold when doing the stage 3??

I just did a BNR install and ported and polished the f@#$ out of it! Also you can remove the flapper if you’re not running seq. to answer your question: yes you can port the twins manifold. Every little bit helps.

I port the manifold and the turbo hot sides ,remove the doors and port the wastegate .The complete operation ,rich mans non seq, includes welding the unused holes in the manifold and the turbine housings,reshaping the turbine ports and blocking the prespool ports .I also repair any cracks .After all the welding , about 1-1/4 lbs of nicad rod at $ 50 per lb .the gasket surfaces may need to be milled back flat .
