do you mean the 944 intercooler? i believe it's black, then again all porshe intercoolers are black. I've seen it on ebay for around 250+ and it's huge. I think it's 6" thick and around 18-20" long. it's pretty darn big. i dnot' know how something 6" thick can fit even in the front mount position, maye stock mount?

It's a bar and plate design as well and i'm pretty sure it has good flow.

Again, anything is better than stock

A guy in my club, Ben fit a Eclipse intercooler in his 2nd gen by cutting it to fit. Pretty funny actually.

Thats cool. The intercooler was actually out of an older 930, i belive in the eighties years. It was only 4 inches thick though. I was just curious to see if it was doing him harm. Then again, anything is better than ours

i have a 944 intercooler sitting around. it is pretty large. not tall or anything, just long andthick. i have never seen a black 944 intercooler. this one is silver. i was thinking about using it in some application. just have to figure it out. haha. they are very nice units.

bigger isnt always better. They flow tested a stock fd I/C against and Mitsu Starion I/C which is the universal backyard mechanics FMIC and the stock FD outflowed it... I forgot who did the test, someone local to me though...in CT
