I know this has been discussed, but I can't find a solution here or in the service manual I downloaded.
Problem is the headlights don't go down flush. They go down past flush, back up, stopping just above the hood level line. Cranking the manual ***** get it flush, then of course it 'corrects' itself.

I'd appreciate any help.

 

Perhaps adjust the headlight cover?

 

I'll have to check and see if there's enough 'adjustment' there to do that, I doubt it.
