Yours is lookin almost exactly how i want mine done. Except the brand of intercooler and strut bar. You need to get an efini y-pipe and polish that bad boy. Did you get your hardpipes from rx-7 store? How did you eliminate all those hoses everywhere from the TKT intake package. Also did you block off your original stock BOV or is that the other release valve that i see?

The hard pipes are an Ebay purchase (got lucky and found a price screwup on the listing where shipping was only $5.99 and opening bid/buy it now as $10.99) any way I've got an Efini Y-pipe and am grinding the flashing/casting ridges off of it and will have it and the intercooler polished soon. Most of the hoses were eliminated as I got rid of the EGR and air pump, just made some block off plates and stuck some filters in the hose for the CRV and ABV. Let me know if you need any specific information. Jack

Thank you very much for the compliment. There should even be some function to the polishing as I'm having some of the components done on the inside as well. I'll have the compressor housings back next week, and a starter done as well. Jack

Yes I do. I'm really interested in wether or not polishing the inside of the pipes will help. Is the Y-pipe an Efini or stocker 93 to 95 ??? Did you want to get it done ??
This is what's on my car at the moment and will be up for sale soon as the Efini is done. Of course I'll have to keep the secondary part

That looks really nice. Are you going to use Zoop seal or something to keep it looking like that? I polished my engine parts, they looked great for a while, but then they oxidized.

SO far I have no plans to use anything other than Mothers and liquid glass. My car sits outside and living here in Fla by no means goes with out lack of moisture or condensation (just from temp changes day to night) and haven't had to spend much time repolishing to maintain it. The biggest pain is when I messed with the cooling system and got coolant on some of the stuff and didn't rinse it off. It stained it and it will require alittle more effort to clean up than I've been willing to spend on it. Jack

Yours can certianly look this way, all it takes is a bit of money or allot of elbow grease (which I'm short on so James does mine too) I've done some of my work but the big stuff is not for me. Jack

WoooHoo Alex,
Still putting it together ? ? ? Didn't you have a single you wanted done ??? I guess you'll be waiting till spring to get it completed ??? I know you don't drive that thing out in the snow and all. We get our butts kicked when we use ours in the rain. We seem to lose one almost every time it does rain. Keep me posted on the install progress. Jack

Yeah, things got slowed down, but I should have her running by the end of Dec. I just won't be driving in the snow or rain, she's been through that for 4yrs. I do have some other parts I need to send you. I'll keep you posted.

When ever you get ready Alex. It's probably better to get focused on the remaining holidays at this point in time and then see what's left over for the car ! ! ! LOL I don't miss that stuff at all, I guess the hurricanes will have so be our snow storms.

Damn, Jack I am more and more impressed every time I see one of those pieces. Gosh maybe I will skip the polishing lesson and just get your guy to do it. Even though I got the bench buffer and all the rouge you would need. Anyway nice stuff.

I bought the Enfini pipe brand new. I haven't put it on because of some other enormous projects with the car. I subscribed to your post in the WTB WTS section. I planned on contacting you when I have a few bucks to throw at polishing!

Sounds good to me I'll post a picture of the Efini Y when I get it finished, I'm in the process of cutting the casting flash off and shaping some of the hard edges (weight reduction one mg. at a time (-: LOL) He's doing a UIM and TB for a member right now and will most likely be taking a break till after the first of the year. Just drop me a line when ever your ready. Jack

Thanks again Jason,
I know what you mean about having all the stuff you need to do it. The only problem I have with it is that it takes so damn long. I personally feel my time is worth as much as someone is willing to pay me and I can't do the parts for the price he charges in the time he does. I mean $100 for a UIM....I spent 4 hours just knocking off flashing shaping some of the manifold before I took it to him so like you I went with I'll let him do it. He hasn't worked out a price yet for me on doing the internal portion of the pipes, intale runners and such but Tom swears it makes a difference. Looks like you have plenty of pieces for you CF work but if you like I'll send in my poultry few pieces (couldn't resist your offer). Your work is looking quite impressive. ! ! Jack

I completely agree with you Jack that is why we will be talking, and thank you for the compliments. I am trying to get this perfect. It takes time. All pieces are mine, but I am glad you reconsidered, when your ready to go let me know. Your a special case, but like I said I am here to hook everyone up that wants it. I am filling the void left by Mark Koch is how I look at it. Hope it works out, I got a lot of great people supporting me and I am not looking to let down. Thanx - Jason
