Can you post a picture of it with the bottom down?

It's been a while since I've examined a coil, but that may just be the bottom of one of the ignition coils (therefore you would need to purchase a leading/trailing coil depending on which one you have).

Hi.....I'd try carpart.com....it won't be listed so you would have to do alot of calling, but I'm sure someone will have it. That is located next to the drivers side fender near the Brake Booster, it is not part of an ignition coil. GL.

It is the ignitor. Located beneath the cruise control unit on the driver's side (U.S.) inner fender, if you have cruise control. Get one from a wrecked car or something to avoid the high price.

This guy is in karachi(pakistan) and not many places deliver there. The country probably has 5 total RX-7s.

I would contact a mazda dealer in the middle east (saudi) for the part. If you dont find it then as a last resort I can get it from mazda here and mail it to you.

If it's of any use, be sure the igniter is bad. The guys at RP tell me they have never in their lives had to replace one.
