I have a 1994 RX7. I ran it out of gas almost two weeks ago while working on it and now it will not start. It acts like its trying to start but it just keeps sounding like its out of gas. Check the fuel pressure.

 

Verify that the fuel pump is running. Use the diagnostic box and jumper the fuel pump and listen for it to come on.

If the fuel pump is working, make sure all your relays and fuses are good, then inject some ATF or MMO into the spark plug holes, then try to crank the engine over.
