please help! still no ignition spark

i got a 93 rx7 single turbo that use to run perfect but one morning i went to start it and it wouldnt. i pulled the spark plug cable out and cranked it and i got nothing so i started out with the basic stuff by changing the plugs and wires...cranked it and still nothing. I then changed the coil packs, ignitor and relays...cranked it and still nothing. i then changed the crank angle sensors...nothing. replaced the ECU...fingers crossed but still nothing i dont know what else to do cuz and its weird that one day its tearin up the streets and the next day it dies with no symptoms . please send me some advise on how to get my 7 back on the streets

i dont know if it might be a sign or if its nothin at all but i noticed that my odometer stays blank, the background glows but theres no numbers. could it be signs of a short in the wiring somewhere or a bad fuse that im not seeing or something?

i remember that my rx7 wouldnt start one time for two reasons; the vacuum line to the map sensor was unplugged and my engine was flooded

Next time you try to start the car check to see if the tach is bouncing very very slightly, if it isnt then report back and I will proceed with more info
