So where is it leaking? There are 3 joints on that return system.Did they supply you with the correct gaskets? The gasket in the centre joint is pn N3A2-14-293,the others are N3A1-14-293.

I am going to take a wild guess on what you mean by pipe, but I am assuming that you are referring to the Y-Pipe, not an oil feed line and if this is the case - your turbo oil seals are shot and you need to replace them.

I don't think the oil feed line has gaskets is the only reason why I believe you are referencing the Y-pipe.

I think I remember the primary and secondary return lines having different length bolts because the flanges are different thicknesses. Perhaps these bolt pairs were switched at some point and the bolts are bottoming out.

You've misunderstood him, he's talking about the oil return lines that go from the CHRAs to the rear iron and front cover.

The only thing I can suggest is that you have something which is not allowing the flange surfaces to be flat. So much so that not even a gasket can overcome the difference. I would make sure the flanges don't have any debris or damage to them. Or, the bolt holes are stripped and it's not able to provide proper pressure to hold the flanges together without leaking.
