Unhappy please help me find this coolant leak...PICs

Well, today I changed my belts (both of them). After that, I took my car for a little run, then I start to smell coolant, so I pull over and open the hood. Once I open the hood, there is coolant everywhere, but not much. So I drove home and checked if it's leaking by flooring the car while it was parked. But its not leaking anywhere. But i do notice the hose on the water pump that goes to the radiator has some coolant around it, but is is not cracked at all. I can't noticed any leaks anywhere. Please help me out thanks. Here are some pics

COOLANT ON THE ROOF OF THE HOOD

COOLANT HOSE, WITH SOME COOLANT AROUND IT

COOLANT UNDER THE VACUUM CHAMBER? (HOW COULD THIS BE?)

THANK YOU

There is a coolant line in the area behind the alternator/under the intake manifold. Mine went a few months ago. I wish I could give a better description as to the location, but it was at night. I didn't have the time to change it myself the next day, so I just dropped it off at my mechanic.

Seeing as how the only thing you changed before it started leaking was the belts, how tight did you make that belt? If you overtightened it you could have opened up a leak in the water pump shaft bearing which would explain why its getting sprayed everywhere.

But what would explain the normal pressure using the pressure tester?
