Replace the TPS
You could always try to open it and clean it out, but being that it's an old electrical component who's been tortured by your engine's heat, I'd replace it.

Rotary Freak
On the fire wall side of the throttle body, held on with two small screws . The dealer gets about $150 for a new one . If you can not get the screws out ,remove the throttle body to do it . Put it back with allen head screws so adjustment will be easy .

Yup... do you want to get a new one? I can hook you up! Thanks for the tail light cover... need to look into that chip... I don't think it will be a problem. I'll call for you tomorrow.
