I might have more than one problem or it might be related. I just finished putting in a new motor, did the nonsequential conv, got rid of all emission related items.

Initially I got this car fromn a friend who thought he blew the motor cause he was boosting at around 1.2 bar when suddenly he heard a loud pop and then the car just bogged down and then died. It wouldn't start after that. So I changed the motor to another motor that he gave me but this one the oil seals were bad and stated to leak oil out of the muffler and smoke really really bad. This motor however before it started smoking really bad would fire right up and idle well but it wouldn't rev up if you tried to gas it more than a light accceleration.
So i got a brand new rebuilt motor from Atkins Rotary. Put it all in and now and it still won't rev but now it won't idle. It takes a long time to start and when it does it feels almost like a miss and still won't rev. I checked the TPS, map sensor, crank sensors, swapped out my FC for the stock ECU, checked fuel pressure, I have no check eng. light on with the stock ecu(yes, the C.E. light works), checked the ignitor, checked grounds, cleaned the injectors, checked to make sure I plugged the coil connectors in the right order, checked the crank sensor connectors, checked firing order and that the wires were in the right order, changed the spark plugs. Any help will greatly be appreciated. thanks.
