Please Help! Apexi Intake Install

I've been trying to install a power intake for the past 5 hours. I'm not sure if I have a bent bracket or something, but I have no instructions, can't get them off Apexi's website, and have no clue where the hell these brackets mount to. I have tried every place to mount the brackets that I can think. I currently have 3 brackets, 2 intakes, and 1 non-running car

Please help before I set these things on fire and toss them into the street.
Thanks

first try to make the intakes look like this

then eyeball the length of the brackets and see what makes sense
-might be bracket to the stock air box brackets
-attaching them together

One is bent here from the upper intake

You mean the brackets are suppose to actual mount to the intake and car without a problem? I just have the intakes hooked on to the hoses and that seems to hold it in place good enough...the brackets never seemed right to mount them anywhere no matter what i tried.

the brackets do fit... trust me, i have them all on my car. they hold the intake in place alot better than just letting them sit cantilevered by the hoses. However, it is a bit of a puzzle trying to get it all twisted into place, especially when you don't know what the puzzle is supposed to look like whne you're done.

from what i remember, there is a brace from the lower intake (on the passanger's side of the intake) to the side of the engine bay, below the headlight. there is a brace (the short twisted one) that goes between the two intakes (see the second picture posted above) and the third brace goes from the upper intake (on the driver's side of it) to a brace that runs across the bottom of the engine bay near the radiator fans, belt, etc. i'm pretty sure that the braces that mount the cones to the car bolt into two of the holes which the stock intake box was bolted to.
