15lbs!!! What are your mods? You may want to remove the midpipe to stop Boost spikes but I believe that they are just a blip of extra boost, not a non stop boost increase. I think you have Boost crrep more than anything. Go buy a Greddy Profec B boost controller and limit the boost. What about your pills?

what are your mods, if you don't have the right mods you could just blow your engine. I noticed you only have 23 posts. You know about the basic upgrade path right?

Even with a boost controller, some FDs will still boost creep and you will boost too high. The only way to relieve the creep is to port the wastegate or install a restrictor plate in the exhaust (seems pointless to put a midpipe on in the first place if you install the restrictor). This is one of the cons of midpipes. Put your main cat back on (it does not hurt the reliability of the car in any way, unless it's clogged). Learn more about FDs before you blow your engine.
