PROBLEM SOLVED!! 
Me and a local buddy first checked out the wiring to the solenoids and discovered that they were fine...next in line was the ECU swap and BAMMM 10-11lbs on the first pull...
Thanks to everyone that helped me out here, I hope this thread can help others in the future that have the same symptoms...
Btw...for some reason 4th gear fell on it's face at around 6,000rpm WOT...any ideas, I'm thinking the primary inlet hose maybe is collapsing at high RPM's...kinda seems like a rev limiter!?
Anyway, I guess I'll do some searches first as always...seems like you fix one thing and there's always new problems lined up already!!
