What did you end up deciding to go with?? I'm trying to figure out what to order now too and want the plateless since I'm in PA with no front licence plates.

Virtually everyone goes with the stock re-bar, trimmed. The cuts are obvious and easy and the cost of a 99-spec is just extremely high.

It sounds like this foam is pretty common to even out the sagging? My biggest concern was that most of the pics I've seen with the plateless '99 seem to have dips in the top center of the bumper which almost make it look like the car has an overbite.

Is that what the foam is primarily used for?
