Planning to buy my first FD
what should I ask the seller besides price and mileage....I mean like what's the stock compression of an FD? I dont even know if that came out right lol...sorry new to this..but anyways..stuff like that...what other related issues should I ask?

Honestly, you can read as much as you want...But coming from a 2nd gen its a whole different world. I did. Try and find a knowledgable 3rd gen owner to check it out with you. That would be your best bet.

Shop around, don't jump on the first one you see that you like, unless it is a gem. I started looking years ago, and I just bought mine recently. I didn't want any crazy mods done to the car, just reliability mods and something that I could tell was taken well care of. Amazingly, the one I found and everything on it I wanted, and nothing more.

Also, be careful buying a very low mileage car. I learned the hard way... Look for leaks, have a compression test done, check the boost pattern, etc. and be prepared to spend a good $500-1000 on maintenance right off the bat. I would seriously research the maintenance aspect of these cars before you jump... If your prepared you'll be fine.
