Pipe pooped off?

so I was driving today got on it hard next thing I know I have little to no boost took a look and the pipe that is on the front turbo housing that connects the wastegate hose and prespool hose poped off is this familier to anyone. its one pipe with two outlets that comes off the front turbo housing that go to the rubber hoses that connect to the 2 actuator how can I fix this

no its on the actual front turbo housing its one little pipe with two outlets the ristrictor pill hoses go hooked up to it
