Pin 10(not ten but 1 o) is missing from wiring harness, is this normal?

i recently stripped down my main harness to get all the connection out that i wasnt using and everything is working fine except my map sensor isnt being seen by my PFC. i was going through my FSM try trace where the plugs when to on the ECU and one of the pins 10, a G/Y colored wire is missing, but that connection is part of the wiring harness that runs under the dash and i didnt take anywire out from there and was just wondering if i'm missing something.
