Does anybody know if these are suitable replacements for the rear suspension sphericals? Size?

The dimensions don't appear to match well.

Also keep in mind the stock pillowballs are sealed/lubricated. The ones on that site require and external grease port. So you'd need to tap a zerk fitting (or two) to feed grease in regularly.
