Pill size to control boost

I was looking through old postings trying to find the different pill sizes that people were using to control boost but found very little. For unknown reasons, my stock car was boosting a solid 12.5-8-12.5 p.s.i. (with no spiking or creeping) so I was wondering what pill to install. So I tried the trial-and-error method to get to 10-8-10 p.s.i.

I initially installed a #69 Holley jet pill in the WG line, which brought the boost levels down to 11.5-8-11.5 p.s.i. I then went with a #75 pill and brought it down to 11-8-11 p.s.i. I would guess a #80 pill will give me close to a 10-8-10 p.s.i. pattern.

It would be interesting to see what pills other people have used. I plan to install a downpipe and Efini y-pipe soon so will need an even larger pill. Swapping pills in not exactly a 5 minute job so it would be nice to have other data points. (And yes I know I could get an MBC or EBC, but I'm curious.)
