Pics of some of my new parts

Here are some pics of our new downpipe and midpipe that we just got back. The rest are getting finished and getting shipped here as we speak.

Please let me know what you think of the fit and finish from what you can see in the pics. They are very nice pieces in person as well. They are fully polished SS w/SS flange and bolts (gaskets included) and they will be cheaper than all the others out there and be as good or better in quality.

Thanks

I have a polished DP. It looks like *** now from the heat and install. It's a part that is not worth polishing. The midpipe would probably look the same. You should just jetcoat it.

Who made those pipes? The midpipe looks good.

Thanks for the input.....we have thought about that also. These came polished to use to show and we liked it ....it doesn't really cost us anymore to have it polished so that's why we went ahead with it.

Polished has better thermal properties (gives off less heat), so it does help. I am sure it will quickly turn colors and dull a bit, but that is still better than unpolished.

They look nice.

Maxcooper: thanks for your input I actually like the way that polished looks after being heat cycled. It has those purple and blue highlights to it.....pretty cool. Most of the Japanese tuners polish their SS parts like manifolds and downpipes and such.

If you will notice the new HKS exhaust has the tip "heat cycled" to make it look like it has shoot flames.

I think your stuff looks great. Are you starting to develop and sell your own parts?

Will the DP be able to be installed without pulling all the studs out of the turbos?

I might have to ditch my HKS....

Later,
Patrick

Yes we are developing and selling our own parts....I'm doing the RX7 and AE86 parts and my partners are doing the Supra,WRX,and EVO parts.

Yes the DP will go on without the removal of the studs...just like the more popular brands also allow. I would ditch the HKS for ours It looks nicer (not that you'll really see it) and it should perform a little better. Ours will retail cheaper than any others for sure!

Cool

Nothing to critical but I was wondering where you got the picture of that Rx-7 from. I believe those are the rims I want to put on mine when I eventually purchase one. I want to see a bigger picture of it. Thanks

What are you looking for? Mine is completely JDM....Levin front clip....XR4 rims....etc... I'm working on suspension pieces right now.....chrome-moly tubing with rod-ends to get rid of the bushings and make the rear end a little more rigid and stable.....upper and lower control arms and track bar. I've got the engine torque brace hooked up on it also to help with stability. It's a drift car so it can't be too rigid I don't think....especially being an hachiroku....there not known for having the strongest body and chassis.

i'm still waiting on the exact shipping charges when everything else gets here in the next couple of weeks. What's the cheapest SS DP and MP out there right now that's still of the highest quality? It will most likely be cheaper than even the low quality ones We don't want to completely blow the competitions price out of the water but we do want the business.....so it's a fine line. It'll be a GREAT deal on a quality part that's for sure!

Engine Torque Brace

Still interested in a polilshed engine torque brace. Are you still going to get those made and when would the estimated ETA be. Would like to see what yours look like(Engine torque brace). If you aren't going to produce these anytime soon, then let me know so I can check into the other group buy. DP and MP look good, too bad I already have both
