It is functional looking but not attractive at all. Seems like a nicely welded up polished aluminum or chromed steel would be a plus.
Kudos though to the designers and engineers, for sure.

I've been waiting to see this for a long time! Where does the top piece get hooked to?
Also I think the rigidity is dependent on the mild steel. Aluminum might crack depending on the amount of support this actually gives.
I'm also wondering how long the factory diff would hold 500whp. I really don't want to put a kaaz in... I hate when diff's bark in a parking lot! Though it does sound bad ***.

Oh, and why do you have 2 bolts in the second picture and in the fourth you only have one?

Does it attach to the frame/body in any other places?
the stock setup, the ppf is a big lever, that puts its force into the diff case.

it looks like the goal of the cradle is to take the load from the ppf so the diff doesnt have to.

You wont get any wheel hop with MT et streets.

I had the KG brace for the street , no wheel hop with street tires, but I plan to race more so I had PFS fab me one.

Nice Ernie but the one Ray just put on my Fd looks better

I had an ls1 FD with 360 WHP, stock diff with 300m axles. I was using 315 drag radials, I was lucky not to have busted my diff. So just call up PFS and ask for the part? I am building my car up, making it stronger, and this is a nice addition.

I am interested in this peice and I also would like to see more pictures. I wonder if this could be used in addition to Paul's diff support? Looking at those pictures it would seem like they would clear each other and make quite a good support.

Looking at the pictures of the cradle on pfsupercars.com, it looks like it has gone through a revision. It does not have some of the material cut out for weight savings and it looks like it might not be as tall, possibly losing some angular strength? Is that the shipping version or is the shipping version the one posted in this thread? Just curious. Also, there was some talk about an upper half. Any more word on that? Did anything become of getting a group buy on this item?
