I was wondering about that.. I was under the impression that RE body pieces were often better fitting than the original they replicate. Anybody see how much time Chuck took to fix all the problems in the Scoot hood? Let's just say that "affordable quality" is synonymous in MY mind with Rotary Extreme.

It almost looks as if all the pics were taken the same day until I noticed that there are two different bumpers (Feed Type II and VIS maybe?) and two different wings (Knightsport and Racing Beat type II/ Mazdaspeed) IMO Feed Type II bumper with Racing Beat type II/ Mazdaspeed wing is the best combo. Looks good!
Love those lights... Anyone know if there is any difference betwen the Re sleek headlights and the Rotayextreme?

crai6m4ck, i believe there was a thread on this before (difference with RE Am and Chuck's)
i think the difference is that Chuck's kit involves some cutting

The RE involves cutting too.......difference is lighting....chucks kit is 10x better in lighting than the crappy *** REs.

Is the red/pearl an oem porsche color or is it a porsche red with a custom pearl added?

Just wondering why IMO your color looks so much better than Manatecu? Yours looks like it is a darker/richer red? I guess you could probably tell that I have a VR that I am going to repaint. I'm in love with your color!

Sorry...not gonna be a sheep and say it looks good, because I don't think it does. Overall, it looks pretty tacky. The combination of parts from RE Amemiya, knockoff FEED, knockoff Mazdaspeed, C-West, and knockoff Knightsports just does not flow. All the class and elegance of the FD's stock skin has been striped away, and then some...

Individual tuners make kits that flow and go together nicely, but mixing and matching to the extent you took it just makes the car look like a circus on wheels. Had you have gone with a full C-West, or full RE, full Knightsports, etc., instead of picking separate parts, your car would have looked much nicer. Also, the paint job looks like it is of pretty high quality, and the color or really nice. But red FDs just dont look nice kitted.

Just my opinion, of course.

Good luck in the future!

Well IMO the C-west sides and rear bumper don't go with the lines of the car. The Feed bumper flows really nice and who cares if it is a replica... Thats what I will get because of the $$$. Re Amemiya side skirts flow well too and will always match with the Feed bumper. Keep in mind that this car has also had a number of different combinations of kits/wings as seen in all of the different pictures. The paint color is awesome and what i'd like to paint my 94 VR when it goes in the shop next month.
