Yeah that's sweet. I painted my R1 spoiler to match my montego blue. It looks nice and all for 2 weeks. Than the curb thrashin, rocks, etc. chips the hell out of it too quik. But it still looks better than black i tell ya!

it's wierd, iin some colors teh lip looks better painted, and ugly in others.

I think it could be that i'm so used to seeing the r1 lip not painted, here and in japan.

If you do paint it, it must be a very flexible type, otherwise cracks will occur.

Maybe the 99spec lip would look better painted hehe.

Personally, I like the black lip on my red FD a lot more than the painted ones I've seen. I had always thought about putting one of these on until I saw Rob's. NICE JOB!

Check out my avatar.. its kinda small, but mines painted silver to match right now.. i'm thinking of doing the rubber undercoating once it starts getting more scratched and stuff...
