Pics of my PROJECT FD finally......

I know, I have a crap load of work to do but I have 6 months before I my deadline of July 1st. I'm not sure if I'm going to get a JDM front clip yet or not. I have 2 blown 13b at my house but I might still get the front clip. LMK what some of you all would do if you only had this to work with?
These were taken the very first day it was at my house. I cleaned it up alot and the engine bay is all cleaned out now. I wanted to take pics of it in its worse condition to compare to in 6 months.

JDM front clip might be a good inexpensive way to start consider all the stuff thats missing under hood.

I'm thinking a single turbo, Haltech or other EMS that doesn't require a stock wiring harness, no a/c or p/s

Whats your goal for the car? Thats a pretty important part Im not seeing.

I personally given the time to do it would build and port my own engine and take the best from the 2 engines you have to work with.

Also Im glad to see its staying rotary.

I want atleast 315whp right now. Much later upgrade to BNR stage 3s and supporting mods and be happy with 450-475whp.
I would love to do the engine work myself but I don;t know how and porting is importent so I'm gonna send it one engine out for a rebuild/streetport soon.

I have a friend thats doing the tan to blk and he has first dibs on my carpet.....o-wait, i'm keeping it all black I might go half tan and half blk, I notice alot of Lexus' M.B, etc.. cars are doing that and if done right it looks extremly great. IDK yet though. But i would be keeping the carpet either way.

Thanks for all the comments so far, keep them coming! Anyone else reccomnd the JDM front clip or atleast give me a ball park figure of how much everything will be under the hood minus the engine and tranny?

do you have 2 13brew engines blown over there or are they two 13b's? I hope your not putting an n/a motor in that thing. Also good luck with that deadline man, 6 months is not alot of time at all.

I have 2 blown 13b's and one set of the twin turbo set up. One motor is rusty so i'm goona tear it apart and see if anything is good and the other is just really dirty but was being used less then a year ago when it blew.

Nice man! yea, i agree! 6 months isnt alot of time unless you work at a shop! IMO, to get things done that quick, I would start prepping the engine bay; clear the interior and store that junk somewhere; vacumm the interior(shampoo if necessary); if the paint sucks, its a good time to think of repainting while the engine is in a rebuild phase that way you could repaint the bay also! Start doing this when your crate motor is still in shipment, you'll save time.

As far as the engine goes, it all depends if you got the money and time. But as far as 300hp is concerned, rebuilding to stock perameters aint a bad idea considering you could hit that number stock. And saves you money!

If you spend almost every waking hour on this project, I think you got yourself a chick magnet in 6 months!

5 bux says you get this thing sexified in like 8 months, and 10 if you get 'er done in 10! hehe
