Cool Pics of my freshly repainted R1 with Fikse FM5s mounted

Ok, here are the long awaited pics of the rims--17x8.5 and 17x10 with 245/40 and 265/40 S03s. I left the ride height alone (those who have seen my rex in person know it was very low with the stock rims) and kept my fingers crossed on fitment. The fronts fit perfect but I think the rear needs to come down maybe half on inch.

Also, just got the car back from a great body shop in Garland (right down the street from RP) where I had the hood, front bumper, fenders and headlight covers repainted. You can see for yourself the great job they did.

Thanks go out to Artowar2, Gsrsol, Mako, and black99 for giving me a heads up when the front Fikses showed up on ebay .

Looking Sweet! I love the wheels. The paint looks great too. I think the ride height looks fine, at least in the pictures it does. Be carefull extra carefull with bird **** and sprinklers with the fresh paint. Very nice Rich.

Gotham Racing subcontracts polishing work--we can get them done nicer than mine (mine were done by yours truly) for $160 plus shipping. PM me if you're interested.

ROFL... That's funny.

Rich, beautiful car. Good to see that there's officers that like cars other than the Z06. Seems to be a popular choice at Scott AFB. Keep up the good work!

Very nice Rich, the wheels look great.

You have one of the most tastefully modded FDs on the board IMO.
