Very nice. I love what you did with the bumper, it should be a sin to put a license plate on front of a good looking sports car.
When and where did you commission? I still have a year after this spring (thanks to mechanical engineering) here at Louisiana Tech in Ruston.

Leave it to an officer to have the best looking car on base.
That car needs to be in a magazine to show all the ricers what a real FD should look like!
Very nice!!

BTW, only $350 for the front end!?
That sounds too good to be true! I thought Mazdacomp only sold parts necessary for racing, no interior/exterior parts?
So how much was the wing?

yea mazda comp has all the stuff but to get the discount you have to be a real racer ( autocross or road racing) and have at least 2 booked events and have the car registered under mazdacomp

cool man, good to see another USAF pilot on here.
I'm currently stuck at Ft Hood (ya, an Army base) on casual, but about to PCS to Laughlin in Del Rio, TX for UPT in April. Funny, if I didn't get laughlin, next on my list was Vance and we would have crossed paths. I'm sure I'll meet you someday though, AF is a small world.
Are they still flying tweets up there? I'm in a T-6 class.
Where'd you get you get commissioned from?
good luck in UPT

Savage Tactical : University of Central Florida, 05/2003
Dorifter_LEXX : I actually have the JDM side lights right here on my desk, never installed them because after looking at a few cars like this IMHO I think it detracts from the lines of the car.
BOTTLEFED : Mazdacomp used to only sell drivetrain parts to autocrossers, but recently has lifted that restriction. I still don't understand how more people don't know about that program. My next new car will probably be a Mazda of some sort just because I know they are there to hook us up like that. And that damn wing was about $900. And yessss, $350 for the bumper (of course w/ the license plate, body shop fixed that).
phsst........ phsst...... : Dimensions? I don't know, I just measured under the bar and then made the rest of the sides work for the volume I needed. It hit 132db with that little 10" Eclipse, does that answer your question?
suganuma : Wow, casual at an Army base...ouch...hehe. Yeah, T-37 still, hence the pic w/ the car. Have fun down there on the Rio Grande, and good luck to you too, get ready for the pain
RX187 : Actual fighter jet??? Look Cessna A-37 See, they used them as light attack fighters back in Vietnam!
I'm really missing Florida and all of you folks down there. No worries, I'll be back someday
Oh, I am at Vance, I definately want to meet up with some of you OKC guys one weekend here, better sooner than later. I'm sure I'll be there at least once a month for drunken foolishness
Heattreated : NICE CAR MAN!! those CW's are very rare, good find. Have you figured out how to run that power wire yet though? PM me if you haven't.
