In order to acheive downforce a certain drag coeficient MUST be added. As far as styling on gt wings I dont like them. But I might use one had I planned on doing 200+ mph. Although there is something about having all that downforce on a few 5 inch mounts that I am uneasy about. If you want weight in the rear end throw some bags-o-sand back there!

The whole point of a WING or SPOILER is to add DOWNFORCE WHITH OUT ANY SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT! ie put 3000# force on the tires when the car only weighs 2000# and you can generate 1.5 gs accel. insted of 1.0g without the wing. Wings w/ a lot of downforce (and hence drag) are much more usefull on a road course at 100mph than when trying for 200mph+ in a straight line where you can't afford the DRAG penalty and don't need to generate more than 1g of acceleration.

Try bnrsupercars for a good set of twins. Just click on there logo at the top of the forum. Car looks really good but I would not say unordinary. You got the cwest kit which is one of the most popular kits out there. The wheels are very popular too. The hood however is money I'm not trying to knock you, your car is definately a very nice example of a well done FD.

NickSimcheck, not starting **** but just incase you didn't read this part, did you catch this two posts before you posted? You posted saying he had the car painted and had the hood skipped on purpose? No, its just a carbon fiber one that he put on, and the painted hood is in his garage. Haha. Its ok though man, I miss stuff too sometimes. So don't take this offensively. Just had to clear it up when I saw it.

BTW: lzyassmofo - The car looks awesome, that grey, gunmetallish I'd say, is almost the exact color I wanna paint my car. I think it goes great with black leather interior, ect.

yeah i know the kit is fairly common, thats why i decided to have everything shaved in, and my rear stock bumper ditched all together and the c-west rear valence layover piece completely renovated into a new bumper. cut out about 30-40lbs and kinda gives the car a little bit of autonomy i guess . but the BNR twins are based of the stocks, and im looking to do something a little different, possibly something involving garretts around 25/30 sized in twin formation definetely. the wing is an APR formula gt-1 standing 13" high at maximum height. height and angle of attack are fully adjustable. the paint code is: 36801 i believe, and its ferrari carbonite silver, or as my paint guy calls it "grigio titanio"

I think your 7 is probably the nicest cleanest 7 I have ever seen. Good Luck with it. Watch out for all the annoying people who touch it and poke it and stare at it.

I'd say spoiled assmofo from the looks of it, considering your a 19 year old college student.
Some people are just born lucky I guess.

So because he's 19, a college student and has a sweet ride he's automatically spoiled? I guess it's impossible to have a good job at 16/17 and worked his *** off to get the car he currently has?

yeah i guess im spoiled. all i had to do was wait for my grandfather to die a month after my 14th bday and put the money in a mutual fund and sit on it for 5 years. the dictionary defines spoiled as: To do harm to the character, nature, or attitude of by oversolicitude, overindulgence, or excessive praise. im sorry i have a nice car, im sorry my grandpa had to die. whatever im 19, honors student, and i work hard to take full advantage of the opportunities given to me. it would be one thing if i was a drop out who syphoned all my money off my parents, had no expectations placed on me, and wasted my days away indulging in drugs and what not. so maybe im indulged but spoiled? c'mon thats a pretty strong adjective. so would i be wrong to call you envious?

It would be improbable. He got his money from a dead Grandfather anyway. What are you guys so sensative about. Christ!!!! Can no one bust a little ***** without listening to you girls in here cry about it. Get over it. It's not like I even know the guy. Why would he car what I say on the internet. You guys are in a major way.

Bro,
I love the color. The wing is a bit much for me, but thats why they make so many, right! Very clean. I tried to keep mine as clean too.
