Pics included: Turbo timers/boosters installed? What does each one do? help?
Hi, Ok, I've turned on my EBS III Turbo controller, and the car runs perfect (set the boost to .70).
Picture:
But: I've just found something which is unplugged below it, looks like a HKS Turbo timer, apparently this was unplugged because of UK Immobalizer issues? Is this bad to just unplug? Also... Why is this even here if I have the EBS set up?
Picture:
Then! I also found this manual turbo boost controller (I'm guessing here), behind the HKS turbo timer thing... (I'm beginning to get rather confused now... ) what does *this* do? And is this linked with the EBS kit or the HKS kit? Please give me instructions how to check or if you need photo's let me know!

Ok, so that's all that, here's a picture of the engine bay incase there's any information visible there:
Thanks guys,
Pwantwan.

The silver ECU looking thingy looks to me like it says "EBS" in that yellow sticker on the bottom side of it. I'd guess it's the brains for your boost controller, and the display you have is just a display.
I know nothing about UK immobilizer laws, but the turbotimer is fine to just be unlplugged if it's not in use. I'd suggest taking it out alltogether to clean up the wiring down there anyways. It is probably attached with a harness, which should be easy to trace and remove.
