Picked up Knight Sport v-mount kit!!!

Its has been a long time coming. After two months of setting things up and getting everything in order Project Import get me my v-mount kit from Kinght Sports. I also received the air goove intake and battery tray. The company also has been able to pick up other parts for FDs. They say that they should be able to pick up other JDM parts for FDs no problem. The time frame should be at lot faster as well.

I have pics of the kit put can't upload doto the size.

This allows me to get the car on stands and install all my parts.

V-mount kit, ceramic coated UIM & LIM, vinton hose kit, block off plate kit, AST, metal y-pipe kit, mid pipe, and easy car alarm.

YES!!!

Any photos? They make some quality parts KS especially that air box designed for their V mount.

vtakk eg 06-24-07 02:20 PM

where did you get it and how much ?

swif 06-24-07 02:51 PM

I bought the kit, intake, and battery tray from project import. They are located in Orange CA. Here is their info. Phone: 714-538-0680
E-mail: sales@projectimport.com

Give them a call. The price I got was a little more the other complete kits that include intake and battery try. Not a bad price for a JDM kit that is not used in the states as much.

Hey def, why not support your local vendors and keep it within the rotary community? I can get 'em for ya no prob, and am committed to providing forum members w/ the lowest prices possible... ;)

Thanks,

I hear you supporting the forum. I went with this company because my wife had ordered parts form them for me for x-mas. They got the parts fast and were not ripping here off.

She tried to get incontact with you put at the time you were back logged at least 4 weeks prior to getting back to her.

I also go a price form you and they wer about the same. I wanted to give support to a local store and help them get started in getting JDM parts for all cars.

I think what you have is great. The prices are not bad ether. There are a few things that I will try and get from you whe I have the money and I am ready to install.

Yea...I am a wee bit behind, aren't I? (runs and hides) lol. But I'm working on it...

Def. lemme know if we can help ya in the future! And post up some pics of the kit. It's by far the NICEST kit I've seen to date - save the one I'm currently developing hehe :D

I am interested in the one you are developing. Hopefully it comes out good. I know that you have a great rep of getting thinks to people and have a quality part delivered.

Good luck.

Why not just resize the pictures in paint or download irfanview (free) and resize then upload?

FDZero 06-25-07 07:08 AM

If you want, you can e-mail me the photos to me and I can resize/host the images for you: contact@tamcai.com

That new radiator is pretty wacky!

theorie 06-25-07 03:32 PM

according to the knight sport website that's a $2500+ kit (in japan) - for just the V-mount kit

how much did you pay for it?

FD3S2005 06-25-07 03:34 PM

so where do you live and do you have a dog? lol >.>

VegasFD 06-25-07 03:41 PM

You could possibly contact Koyo, and get them to sell you one of those radiator cores. That would be a great start for a DIY V-mount kit.
