Tough to see since I took these in my garage, but, IMO, you lose very little sightline. I'm moving mine to a center channel pod as I just don't like the gauges up there.

If you're looking to buy a pod, I'll be selling the pod and the A-pillar cover (already cut for the lines) as soon as I move them.

I would stay away from the dual pod a-pillar if you autox or track because your hand can hit the pod and really upset your line at speed.

Your absolutely right on this. My case was worst. I broke the pod, the gauges flew on me, and scare the **** out of me as well. Now my boost gauge won't sit in right anymore. fawk

Actually i dont plan on like auto-x or ne thing. I am staying away from the steering column pod and the center speaker pods. I dont like the look of the center speaker pods and i dont want to take away the look of the original guages. Im thinkin a-pillar or DIN.

I found the A-Pillar pod got the way when I was tracking...

It was not too bad for street use though, only occasionally banged my hand on it..

I don't think I ever took any pictures while I had it installed, sorry...

I like it, personally.

I tried to switch the boost with coolant temp, but kinda couldn't..cheap gauges, came with the car, but at least they match.

Anyone wanna buy the passenger side A-pillar pod? ^____^

When I get home I'll try to take a few wide angle shots in my car. Should give a better line-of-sight picture.

IMO, it blocks view but only a little. (Nowhere near as bad as the rear-view mirror blocks right hand turns). At first I would bump my hand into the lower pod, but that's very infrequent now.
