looks great! I dont like that light kit to much, and your bumper would look sweeter with an r-1 lip but overall its hot as hell!

Your headed the wrong way unless you show us a few under hood shots

Hey Tekno,

What kind of hood is that? I noticed that you don't have hood pins(I like that), does the hood have a reinforced hood latch? I am having some really bad cooling issuse and a vented hood would sure as hell help out.

I live in SF, too. Let's hook up some time. I'd like to check out your car(hood) in person.

John

CF on a black car works. Anything else it wouldn't. IMO anyway.

Looks good...

the hood from VIS I got it from ebay.. the guy " jtrsport--com " ( ebay name ) packed it up really well.. Shipping was a bitch paid $120 for the shipping and the hood cost $387.00 so it ended up being $507. ( remind me not to add up what the cost of my car is )

Search for " 93-96 RX7 VIS " KS " CARBON FIBER HOOD " on ebay.. also the hood was the only one I found that you didnt need to pin.. I like it alot.

the paint is fresh.. just had the car redone the hood will stay CF for now.. it works with a black car.. If I had any other color it would have been painted.

Under the hood I have to install the v-mount intercooler I just got from rotory extreme. ( I hope to have it install before 7stock ) waiting on the dataloggit before I do the install. also have a bunch of polished stuff to install

I used to be sponsored by VIS for my Civic. They make awesome hoods that are made very very well. All the edges are wrapped and is very strong. No need to use hood pins at all. Plus the clear coat on them is beautiful and stayed that way for over a year until my car got stolen

Also, if you live in So Cal, just pick em up and save tons of money.

VIS sells that hood, for us non-Autobot members , for $491 picked up. I do believe that's their version of the Knight Sports carbon fiber hood.

I would remove the Euro style front bumper lights, but that's just me (+ add a lip).
Very nice car overall.

I don't think clear signal lights would be a problem in California, it hasn't been an issue with me down in SoCal. I wonder if the cops up north are more **** about that sorta thing?

Nice look! I like the CF hood on a black car too.
My car it VR so I would have to paint it.
I think the sleek look headlights look better IMO.

Overall, NICE car!
