What is the angle of the bracket on the bottom of your intercooler? Or if you can't get the exact angle, how about the length of the front edge and the length of the rear edge? TIA.

PFS SMIC removing red / polishing end tanks

I know this thread is really old but I'm buying a PFS SMIC that has the red powder coat and I wanted to know how you removed it? Anyone else have any ideas what the eaistest way is to polish the end tanks up?

Chemical strip and scotch brite etc to get started.
Polishing just takes progressive sand paper and ultimately a polishing compound, and a lot of time and elbow grease.
I've had good experiences with metal finishing shops when I feel lazy, reasonable prices for a simple job like that.
