PFC/ wiring harness/ cutting wires

ok, just changed my engine out for a reman, I got a new wiring harness as well, on the old harness there are 2-3 wires that are cut and taped off. But I cannot find any info on why this is. I remember reading somewhere that this has to be done when installing the pfc. any info would be appreciated. also if anyone knows where I can get a wireing harness pinout diagram i would appreciate it.

Thanks all!

Take a look at the PFC FAQ guide it's stated in it as well as other very useufl information that you'll need.

Here's the link: https://www.rx7club.com/power-fc-forum-47/new-version-powerfc-faq-573647/

But for what your asking, here's the part you need:

May I suggest removing the pins from the harness and not actually cutting them. It's easy to do with a small flat head screw driver. Just remove the pin and tape them off.
