PFC with new engine and mods a good idea?

My engine is on its way back, and it has a mild street port on it. My performance mods that I will be putting back on are CAI, DP, HiFlo.
Should I put on a PFC immediately? or break it in nice a gently with the stock ECU? Or am I way off and should be doing something else?
Any tips on the install? hehe, TIA guys.

Nameless, from what I have heard it doesnt matter. I think thats like sayind should I leave off my T51-R will I break in my engine. I dont believe it matters....

Now just keep it below 3000rpm, and be nice to her for that first 1000miles.. GOOD LUCK!
