Performance exhaust... but quiet

i just bought my 93' rx7 and the 2nd day i had it i got a ticket for a loud exhaust. when i had the hks carbon fiber exhaust it was too loud but the performance was excellent (3 inch piping all the way). now i put some crappy one and the performance seems to have disappeared. i want to know which exhaust system catback has 3 inches but is the quietest sounding exhaust.

you can put in a exhaust dampener in your exhaust pipe. it's ajustable(from inside your car) so you can be at wide open for racing/freeway or close it a bit for residential.and you can keep your hks.

The Greddy SP or SP2 is your best bet, if you buy a MP, please get one with a resonator, you will have NO problems at all, quiet, BUT deadly!

PFS has a aggresive note but not loud to the point of getting pulled over by every cop in sight.

Yep, you might want to consider a PFS -- it's a nice setup.

i have a Racing Beat dually on my car and i love the tone. you can barely hear it at idle, its deep when you get on it and doesn't start to screem at high rpms. plus, it stays really quiet and deep the whole way through the tach.
