Performance engine rebuild, how much $$$?

Here's my story, I had my motor rebuilt 1500 miles ago. I had it streetported and used brand new rotor housings and 2mm Rotary Aviation apex seals. Everything else, new Mazda oem parts. It ran great, then all the sudden lost compression in the rear housing. I haven't pulled it apart, and I'm going to let the rebuilder see first hand, what went wrong. Over time I've been collecting parts to build my next motor. So far I've gone with...
Beveled/Scalloped rotors, cermet A coated, balanced and milled 3mm.
NRS 3mm grey ceramic seals/springs
New rotor bearings
New Mazda rebuild kit
Upgraded waterseals from Pineapple Racing
Groundzero upgraded oil pan
Xtreme Rotories' stud kit (need machining)

My question is, with a fresh motor, how much could I spend to have the motor torndown, inspected, machining for stud kit and the new motor built for? Shop rates are generally around $80 per hr. I'm in the Seattle area. Just looking for a reasonable ballpark estimate.

I can't answer the machining question for you, but for everything else we'd charge $650 labor, plus parts. Sounds like you'd be able to reuse most hard parts (depending on how the motor failed) and would just need the soft seals, ie coolant orings, dowel pin orings, the double o-ring behind the front cover. Maybe 150 bucks in parts.
