passing smog in dc

Anybody on this forum have any advice for passing a smog check in dc? My car passed emissions in california less than a year ago so it shouldn't have any problems, I can't imagine dc is more strict than ca.

Also, I have a small leak in my muffler, do they check stuff like that or will they not care since it is just a little louder than it should be?

Throw some denatured alcohol in the tank to be on the safe side. New plugs help. Make sure the cat is FULLY warmed up!
