TX passenger door skin wont come off

Need to put glass in passengerside but it will not come off.
Any help appreciated
I tried the tech manual but it only shows driverside door skin removal.
I removed the driverside door skin without any probs but the passengerside is not coming off.

What do you mean by door skin? The interior piece or the actual metal door on the outside? If you mean the outside, it is welded to the door frame and does not come apart. To get the interior panel off there should be 2 screws on the front edge of the door panel and one on the rear edge. There is also a screw behind the small plastic plug near the lower center of the door. Another screw is in the door handle "cup". Pop off the small plastic trim piece with a small screwdriver or pick to get at the screw. Then use a small flat bladed screwdriver to carefully pop the door handle cup up and around the door handle (part that actually moves to lock the door) The last screw is hidden behind the window switch. Pop out the scitch with a small pick to get to it. You should then be able to lift the whole interior trim piece up and away from the door.

How in Hell are you expected to replace the door glass if you don't know what an interior panel is called, or how it comes off Homes. If you're planning on removing the door skin ( that's the metal panel on the outside of the door ), then be ready for some serious mig welding and body work. Hopefully you can spray a car also.

Removing the interior door panels on the FD is one of the simpliest tasks that you can do to these cars. Refer to page S-57 in the manual and read along with me on this one. Now when that panel is off ( the easy part ), you want to remove the glass. Skip over to page S-10. Now that is where you are going to have trouble. Again, it's easy if you know what you're doing, and have a manual. But I have my doubts here.

Good luck on that one.

the passenger panel is a little tricky when compared to the drivers door. the trick is too gently pry out the window switch, there is a hidden screw in there.
