Question Parts for LIM replacement ?

I'm going to replace a LIM gasket (and the downpipe at the same time).
I searched the forum, the parts fiche, and the shop manual and came up with the following list of parts I should buy.
What have I missed, or what don't I really need?

Lower Intake Manifold (LIM) Gasket - N3A1-13-111A (made of metal, not paper)
Downpipe Gasket - N3A1-13-491
Downpipe Studs/Bolts - come with the downpipe

Turbocharger Gaskets - N3A1-13-710 and N3A2-13-710
Oil Line Gaskets - N3A1-14-293 (need 2)
Turbocharger Nuts - JE10-40-355 (need 5) and E5B6-13-461B (need 1)

Exhaust Manifold Studs - NF01-13-708A (need as many as break, max 5)
Exhaust Manifold Gaskets - N3A1-13-461 (need 2)

TIA

Lots of time and something to port your turbo waist gates while you have them out.

i think you should replace the oil and water line washers whe you take off the turbos. they are crushable washers. also the rubber water feed and return line if they have not been changed before. you might also consider rebuilding your injectors at RC. becareful taking them out though. If you have extra cash you should pay a good rotary shop to do your gaskets, go ahead and do new vacuum lines with tie downs and injectors. and if you got down time to spare, ask them to polish your surge tank UIM

Re: Parts for LIM replacement ?

get the following parts:

1 downpipe gasket

2 LIM gasket (on your list)

3 New Turbo Coolant Lines (part #'s ending in 536 and 546) these are cheap

4 Oil Line gaskets yes...depends on where you take them off...you will need two 293 if you take the oil return lines off the block...if you take the front oil return line off from the the easier spot it takes a slightly different gasket...it is easier to reinstall if you take it off from this point

the exhaust gaskets between the turbos and manifold and manifold to block are rather heavy duty and don't need to replaced unless your's are in really bad shape.

i don't think you need to replace the crush washers for the oil and coolant lines on the turbo unless you are switching the lines to a different set of turbos....as for the exhaust manifold studs and nuts you won't know what you can reuse until you pull them out. it would be nice to have new studs and nuts but i think you could probably do w/o them. i would pull everything off and then order the parts if you can afford your car being down for a week or two (or three!)

some other things you can do while all this is out like said before is:

1 replace OMP o-ring...this will require you to replace the crush washers (x3)

2 clean injectors / replace o-rings / insulators

3 do vaccuum job / test solenoids / check valves

4 replace FPD / FPR / fuel lines

5 replace screws on solenoid rack with allen bolts

6 replace oil filter pedestal o-rings

good luck!
