Part identification

I know the purpose of said part but cannot think of the proper name of it and everything I’ve tried is giving me the wrong result. Need to see if I can purchase just that part due to it being absent for a possible v6 swap. Looking into going rotary as I’m starting to doubt the previous owners build quality and they started the project. Will include picture of part im looking for and what is currently in mine.
