parking light and dash light not working.

checked the fuse and it was fine, replaced the fuse anyways just to make sure. the head lights work fine, just no parking lights or dash lights. any suggestion on where to start diagnosing?

That's the TNS circuit. Check that fuse and make sure it's good, I think there may be one under the hood as well. Also check your driver's fender liner to make sure the tire hasn't eaten through the liner up top and eaten into the wiring harness, this is a common problem. You have to jack up the car and carefully inspect that liner for damage, you can't just half-look with the car on the ground.
