I recently installed an aftermarket radio in my car and now I've noticed the dash/speedometer lights are not working. Im not sure if that caused it or what? The brake lights do work. I don't have the parking lights installed though. Can that be the problem? When I turn the light switch to the parking light part, it does beep though. Also, the ash tray light is out too I believe. I hope I can figure this mess out!

 

Did you forget to plug in the dimmer? It can have that affect. If not, sounds like you've either left something unplugged on the dash harness, or a bad ground - Retrace your steps.
