Regarding the door plastics, has anyone painted the matte pieces a different color? I bought replacements for the door plastics due to breaking, particularly in the areas where they screw into the door panel, so now the finishes don't match. If I want to paint them all a different color, what would be involved in prepping the pieces with different finishes? For example, for the matte pieces, would I just sand them down smooth? I found search results for painting the 93 pieces, but not the others.
