I've noticed some difference in the paint between the body and my rear bumper on my silver FD. I didn't care too much as you can't see it all the time. But looking at the picture on KBB, I noticed the same paint difference.

I'm aware of the two Silver Stone Metallic types (reflective, and non-reflective). Can anyone shed some light on why these panels don't match up?

PS- I'm not aware of any respraying to the rear of my car. It's all factory paint back there.

 

Probably just slightly off from the different materials. The rear bumper's urethane and the fender panels are metal. That's just what I thought haha..

 

mines got the color difference too... i thought it was just me.....
