oversized pilot bearing bore size

I am ordering a oversized pilot from pineapple racing and wanted to know how much i need to bore out my e shaft. What press fit is it 1or2 thousands....

i messed up my pilot bore. Mazda makes oversized bearings and seals to fit it so you dont need to buy a new e shaft

ouu thats not good. You must not have the mazda pilot bearing puller...

I would talk to Rob, he is the expert on this subject. I believe Pineapple pioneered this technique?

It's probably about .001-.002" tight but no question, I'd ask Rob.

I assume you have the e-shaft out and you're getting this done on a machine tool?

Yeah i made the mastake of not researching about how to get it out. Oh well, but yeah i am just going to have a guy at work bore it out with something not sure what. We have like 40 hass mills. How can i get ahold of rob? Ill try to search
