5psi cold, nearly 0 warm
Ok, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on with the boost issues with my car. The 13b is mostly stock, not much done to it. A simplified single was done to the stock twins. When i drive it after a short warmup, it makes about 5 psi of boost. When it gets fully warmed up, it makes nearly 0 psi. I did a boost leak test post turbo, and didn't hear any leaks.
I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas. I did the single turbo setup, but maybe I did it wrong? I didn't weld the gates closed, but rather just used some bailing wire to wire the gates closed. (hope they were the right direction). Could it be a cracked manifold that after it warms up, creates a bad boost leak?
I'm thinking about tearing into it this week, and possibly double checking all my work on the simplified turbo setup...but any other things to look for would be appreciated.

I would look at the intercooler. mine had a similar problem caused by a bad seal on the intercooler end tank. the small fingers that hold it together start to crack or let loose from all the engine heat. do a boost leak check in stages to narrow down the problem.
